Hersey Boys Basketball Team Gives Center Stage To School Special Olympics Team

The Hersey High School boys varsity basketball team gave up their primetime playing spot on Friday, February 20, 2017 so the Hersey Special Olympics basketball team could have a chance to play with a gym full of fans cheering them on.

Below is video of a special moment from the start of the game. The Huskies went on to beat the Barrington Broncos 40-36.
