Dorothy Gaters Inducted Into NFHS National High School Hall of Fame

On Monday, July 2, 2018, legendary Marshall High School girls’ basketball coach Dorothy Gaters was inducted into the NFHS National High School Hall of Fame during a ceremony at the NFHS Summer Meeting in Chicago. Gaters is the winningest high school basketball coach in state history (boys or girls) and has led the Commandos to 27 state final appearances and nine state championships during a coaching career that began in 1975.
