The IHSA & COUNTRY Financial are teaming up to recognize the efforts of educators and coaches/advisors who go beyond the call of duty to positively impact the lives of Illinois high school students inside and outside of the classroom.
Marquette Catholic High School in Alton was named the winner of the IHSA Class 1A/2A Student Section Showdown.
Voting for seats on the IHSA Board of Directors and Legislative Commission closed at midnight on Thursday, October 1, and the results were tallied and certified Friday morning, October 2.
