Please note that the Illinois High School Association (IHSA) does not conduct or vote in any rankings or polls for any sports, nor do polls or rankings factor into State Series assigning. The Illinois Coaches Association (ICA) produces a statewide class-by-class poll throughout the season in the sport of softball, which is voted on by a statewide panel of coaches that are selected by the ICA.
