The IHSA congratulates the finalists of the 11th annual Student Section & Spirit Showdown and thanks all the schools that showcased their student sections, school spirit, and contributions their student body makes to their school and local community. Members of the IHSA Student Advisory Committee met on Sunday, February 2nd, and evaluated all entries. The finalists are invited to the 2025 IHSA Girls Basketball State Finals on Saturday, March 8th, at Illinois State University’s CEFCU Arena to be recognized. The winning schools in Class 1A/2A and Class 3A/4A will be awarded with a commemorative banner.
