Board Meeting Minutes

The Illinois High School Association (IHSA), in conjunction with its broadcast partner When We Were Young Productions, has announced its television network coverage for the 2010-11 school year. For the first-time ever, all of the events broadcast on TV will also be available live on the internet via IHSA.TV.

The Illinois High School Association Board of Directors approved a recommendation to extend the IHSA Girls Bowling State Final contract at Cherry Bowl Lanes in Rockford for the 2010-11 school term at its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, August 9, 2010.

The 2011 IHSA Girls Bowling State Finals will mark the 19th time that Cherry Bowl Lanes has served as the event’s host, as the tournament has been held there every year since submitting the winning host bid in 1993.
