Manager's Note

We had a 3-way tie for first place this year between Morton, Normal(Community West) and Normal(University). After going through ''tiebreakers'' Morton was determined to be the overall champion. Normal(Community West) would be considered second and Normal(University) would be considered third based on tiebreakers.
