Manager's Comment: Sam Lange breaks the course record at "The Yeti" previously set in 2017 at 16:25.6 by Spencer Smith of Rock Island Alleman, at the IHSA Regional. Sam wins by nearly 1:12 over teammate Cade Zobrist. NOTE: Course is a full 5K distance.
