Manager's Comment: What a fantastic day at Pierce Lake today in Northern Illinois We had 63 fish caught in the pouring rain and cold temps. By 1:00, the sun was out and it warmed up nicely. This did not hinder any of kids! Great sportsmanship and great people was the theme for the day. The largest fish goes to John Erickson, a senior at Durand High School. His bass weighed in at 4 pounds, 98 ounces.
