Prior to its basketball game on January 9, 2015, Hinsdale Central honored its fall teams who won IHSA team state championships. It was a lengthy ceremony, as the Red Devils captured five state titles in the fall of 2014, including Boys Golf, Girls Golf, Girls Tennis, Boys Cross Country, and Boys Soccer.

The IHSA record for most team state titles in a school year is six, set by St. Charles High School (now St. Charles East) in 1998-99, when the school won titles in Boys Golf, Girls Cross Country, Girls Swimming & Diving, Boys Swimming & Diving, Girls Soccer and Baseball.
