The 2022 IHSA Football State Championship games will air live on statewide television via Weigel’s IHSA TV Network on Friday and Saturday November 26-27

The eight state title games will be contested at Huskie Stadium on the campus of Northern Illinois University in DeKalb. Fans on the go can also stream the games via the NFHS Network.

IHSA TV veterans Matt Rodewald (1A/2A/5A/6A) and Dave Bernhard (3A/4A/7A/8A) will handle the play-by-play duties for all eight contests. Rodewald will be joined by IHSFCA Hall of Famer Jack McInerney in the analyst role, while Bernhard will team with the radio voice of NIU football, Mark Lindo for the 3A/4A games. Bloomington Central Catholic alum and former New Orlean Saint Chris Highland steps in as the analyst for the 7A and 8A contests. A bevy of veteran IHSA broadcasters will greet viewers to set the stage for each contest or bring them stories from the sideleines, including Darius Joshua, Don Johnson, Kacy Standohar, Kenny McReynolds, & Mark Krueger.

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 26
10:00 AM – Class 5A: Peoria HS vs. Nazareth Academy
1:00 PM – Class 6A: East St. Louis vs. Prairie Ridge
4:00 PM – Class 7A: Batavia vs. Mt. Carmel
7:00 PM – Class 8A: Loyola Academy vs. Lincoln-Way East
